I admit it, I'm a salesman's dream. I'm a little gullible, and impatient. That's why I love, and invite everyone to try Nissan of Omaha. I felt like I was with extended family while being here, you know, the kind you don't fight with through the holidays. We just bought a 2019 Kicks and I am so glad to be free of our other car we traded. This dealership truly is different. Our salesman, Aidan, was everything to the opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. We are very pleased with our vehicle, and the service we received. Amazing Service! Our dealer Byron Seidler helped us into a car even though we had some financial troubles. It was 3 days and we got a car that works for us! He was upfront, honest, and cared about us as a customer. Definitely coming back to him for our next car.
All the staff at Nissan of Omaha are very professional and respectful every time I visit. Staff does a great job communicating and updating me along the whole process of having my vehicle serviced. They really are awesome to work with, and I would personally like to thank them for the job they do.
Last week my sister-in-law came up from Lincoln to help me to buy a truck. We went to Nissan of Omaha to look at a new Frontier truck. Aidan the salesman was very polite and helpful but his sale's manager is another story. So they wrote up a price proposal for the truck. I told them I have to go home and talk to my wife and see if she agrees because we make the decision together. After talking to my wife my sister-in-law came back to the dealer to negotiate the price. Mr. Rodney the sales manager was very rude and unprofessional. He proceeded by saying that he doesn't want to sell us the truck and being very rude about it. He accused my sister-in-law of using the proposal to deal with other dealers. Why would we come back to negotiate the price if we have no intention of buying it? This should not be the away you treat your customer even if you have a bad day. Update: Was able to worked out a deal and buy a truck with Jason Foreman's help.
